We are looking for a Customer Project Manager
ohappa is a communications agency focused primarily on B2B. We develop our customers' marketing, sales support and communication both internally and externally. Our strength is integrated market communications where digital channels play an important role. "To make marketing managers into heroes" is our guiding principle. With that we want to emphasize that we succeed when our customers succeed, when companies are strengthened by marketing and the marketing department is celebrated for a good job.

Market-side earnings are worth celebrating throughout the company. Through your work, you contribute to the growth of our customers. You have an active role in the development of customer marketing, communication and sales. Our geographical main market is today Hälsingland and Stockholm. The ambition is to expand our market, which means that the role will include travel. Your role at ohappa involves both customer and project responsibility, from start-up to delivery and follow-up.
Your main task as Customer Project Manager is to sell, present and deliver our services to both new and existing customers. As the customer's first contact, you list and chart the needs and conditions. In the projects you allocate responsibilities and duties to the team at ohappa and together you will present solutions that will deliver results for the customer. You will work against clear goals regarding economy and quality. At ohappa long-term customer relationships and work focused on meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations is really important.
You are an outgoing person who, by being responsive and perceptive, quickly gains confidence in your environment. Creating networks and creating contacts is one of your strong features.
