Setra is one of Sweden's largest wood industry companies, which processes raw materials from responsible forests. The product offering consists of climate-friendly products and solutions for construction and housing in a global market. The company also supplies bio-products for the production of heat, energy and pulp. In Setra's sawmills and planing mills around Sweden, pine and spruce are processed into, for example, wood for construction, wood floors, trusses, outer panels and a variety of other wood products found in the construction industry. Export of sawn timber accounts for two thirds of the company's sales of about 4 billion.
ohappa and Setra began a communication strategic collaboration in 2015, including brand positioning and target group analysis. The work started with an audit, a review of existing communication materials and the company's website and other digital channels. In order to strengthen the customer perspective and clarify the internal image of the company's communication, a customer and self-image survey was conducted in parallel with a research partner (Market Power). Based on the results of the survey and other work, a desired brand position was taken. The work resulted in a communication strategy adopted by Setra in the autumn of 2015. The collaboration is now underway with an implementation of the strategy, mainly regarding communication on the digital channels.

The Swedish technology group Hexatronic manufactures and develops fiber-based communication solutions for the entire fiber optic communications network, from the large transport network right through to the broadband outlet in your apartment. We began working with them when the Group's listing was made on Nasdaq OMX First North and our collaboration today covers several areas such as ongoing digital communication via websites and across social channels, product and corporate communications, print production and sales support.

At the beginning of 2014, ohappa and SMP began working together, which included a comprehensive approach to the company's marketing communications, both in print and digitally. After a producing a new graphical identity manual, a responsive website, product and other images and digital campaigns, SMP Parts is today a company with a strong profile that continually increases its availability and presence in digital media.
Huddig AB develops and manufactures articulated backhoe loaders on their own chassis. Equipped with the right gear, a HUDDIG can perform advanced tasks that otherwise require a whole range of vehicles and machines - ideal for work on railways, in crowded environments or in rough terrain. Huddig AB has subsidiaries in Finland as well as retailers in the US and Europe.
ohappa delivers total solutions for national and international marketing communications, product launches and sales support, press work and a large digital presence. An important part of the assignment is the implementation of the product strategy that characterizes the entire company's communications - City, Cable and Rail. The concepts have made Huddig's product offering clearer and more relevant to customers in different industries.
BRUKS Mobile Chippers designs, manufactures and sells mobile chippers to a large number of countries in Europe and around the world. With over 40 years in the industry and self-designed cutting technology, BRUK's wood chips are world-leading in terms of quality and high efficiency.
Since the autumn of 2014, ohappa has been assigned to support BRUKS in the marketing and launching of a new high-capacity chipper, BRUKS 1006, which can chip entire trees up to 60 cm in diameter. The assignment involves film work, sales support material, adverts, press and product information.
The launch of BRUKS 1006 is ongoing and a truck mounted demo machine is displayed at trade shows in Sweden and Europe.
Iggesund Forest is Scandinavia's largest manufacturer of harvester bars for the mechanized forestry industry. They have become famous for having the harvester operator in focus and developing solutions and products that meet the needs of that customer. Iggesund Forest has all the development and manufacturing in its own company premises, which allows for great flexibility and fast communication. Since 2011, Iggesund Forest is part of the Olofsfors AB Group, whose headquarters is based in Nordmaling, Västerbotten.
The assignment between ohappa and Iggesund Forest was initiated in the spring of 2016 prior to the launch of a new series of harvester bars - Blue Line. At the start of the assignment, we put together the concept and strategy for launch to produce the marketing materials as part of the next step. The work is ongoing to market Blue Line in most countries.
Throughout the day, customers around Sweden receive support on a daily basis by any of A-Assistans's 500 personal assistants. The ambition is to allow customers to live their lives as independently as possible by designing assistance based on their own terms. Participation and insight into assistance is the main priority for A-Assistans's customers.
Since November 2009, ohappa operates as A-Assistans's external marketing department. This mission includes strategic advice, planning and implementation of the company's major marketing activities and brand campaigns in print and digital media.
Voith Turbo Safeset AB in Hudiksvall is the world leader in safety couplings for the process industry. The company is part of the German company Voith GmbH, with more than 40,000 employees around the world. 95% of production is exported and customers are located in very different industries such as steel, offshore, recycling, transportation and mining. Voith Turbo Safeset is in an expansive stage and a strong focus is currently underway on new markets.
The assignment includes strategic planning of marketing communications as well as production of agreed materials. ohappa works as a local partner who, in close cooperation with the Hudiksvall marketing department and Corporate Design department in Germany, produces sales support in both printed and digital formats. The Group's offical language is English.
Hudiksvalls Näringslivs AB
Hudiksvalls Näringslivs AB (HNA) is Hudiksvall municipality's business company. The goal is to contribute to increased growth and employment in the municipality of Hudiksvall. They provide services for anyone who wants to start, develop or establish a business in the municipality. The mission is to develop business and promote a good business environment.
Since the autumn of 2013, ohappa is HNA's advertising agency. Our assignment includes strategic and tactical marketing planning as well as the implementation of major marketing activities. In the autumn of 2013, we produced a brand new website for HNA. This now acts as a base for the company's other communications. We have developed a new graphic identity for the company that has since been implemented in both digital media and print.
