FSP has a streamlined central organization, which ohappa supports as a communication partner on a group level. In close collaboration with the commercial director, strategic and operational communication activities are planned and performed. Our mission is to be a proactive and creative partner, setting and implementing visual concepts, driving and developing digital communication, and supporting management and the sales organization with press releases, content, and communication advice.
Our responsibility also includes being structured and proactive by leading, documenting, and following up on meetings, as well as aligning results and costs with the budget. All communication is conducted in English.

FSP is a surface treatment partner for major manufacturing companies in the industrial sector. Their In-house paint shop model is a unique concept where FSP takes over and operates customers' surface treatment facilities as an external partner. This provides many benefits to the customer, including efficient operations and cost-effectiveness.
The group operates in Finland, Poland, Estonia, and Ireland and plans to establish itself in more European countries in the near future. Customers are manufacturers with large volumes and sophisticated products, including those in the machinery, automotive, and defense industries.
