How we can work together

A business relationship with us often starts with a single project. It could be managing a specific part of your company's communication – a new website, an updated visual identity, an employer branding project, an upcoming product launch, the start of a digital training course or a campaign. What distinguishes these projects is that they are delineated with a start and end date, they are offered at a fixed price or combined with an ongoing price for elements that are difficult to define in advance. A single project with us often results in the start of a whole new growth journey.

Our mission

We can have different driving responsibilities - either you, as a customer, have a project manager/coordinator coordinating from your side, or we are responsible for making decisions and keeping the project on schedule. Here, we adapt entirely to your conditions.

If the relationship is completely new, a little extra time is needed to get the foundation in place - the initial scanning and administration work will be longer than when you already have an established relationship. Your team with us is put together depending on the nature of the assignment, and a project manager is always present as the account manager.

The most common counterparts in individual projects may be the CEO, communications manager, marketing person, sales manager, coordinator, HR, etc.

We often encounter requests to get things done, be more visible, and keep up the pace and quality of marketing and/or employer communications. Companies' communication often suffers when things pile up, and we are a complementary resource that can be proactive and the driving force. It may involve ongoing help with social media, graphic production, and occasionally even larger projects. The work is based on a budget; some parts have a fixed monthly cost, and larger projects are offered depending on the scope. We are used to quickly getting into businesses, so the starting distance here is shorter than you might think.

Our mission

We assemble a team that suits your requirements and get started once we have agreed on responsibilities and budget. We report and drive the projects forward, work within the budget, and keep the whole thing together, provided that you, as a customer, do not want to be responsible for that part yourself. If the assignment is to run social media and the website, we set up an initial plan and work with frequent, short meetings to report status and progress.

Your organization

In these cases, we often have some sort of established relationship. There is generally a contact person to work with, often a CEO, HR, sales/marketing manager, or coordinator. In many cases, we are complementary support to internal resources who need support and ongoing help in specific projects.

We complement your internal resources and other agencies you may have engaged. For example, we can work on employer communications, retailer relations, sales support, internal and external training, or anything else that other providers don't do. For us, it is purely positive that several agencies support each other - prestige is not something we spend time on. With us, you get access to complementary skills and drive - a team that can relieve and take care of essential parts of your communication.

Our mission

Several large companies currently hire us as a complementary communication resource. For example, we work to strengthen these clients' employer brand, develop their aftermarket, develop sales support, create successful trade fair concepts, maintain retailer relationships, and run social media and other assignments of a more strategic nature.

Before each year, we work with clients to draw up a plan with an associated budget that we follow up on and work towards. The scope and size of the assignments can vary but always include some form of regular meetings as well as budget and performance reviews.

You have a department or a clear role with communication or marketing responsibilities. You feel parts of your communication could be developed and strengthened, but you need more time, inclination, or ideas to take it further.

Here, we act as your own communications or marketing department. A collaboration may start directly at this level, or it may be a development of a partnership at a lower level. As your external communications department, we become a creative, autonomous, and structured partner who can stay on budget. In short, you get access to a team with different skills.

Our mission

Together with you, we plan and prioritize projects and activities according to an agreed budget. As your strategic partner/sounding board, we drive operational work forward. A team is assembled from our side, headed by a project manager. The team can vary in size depending on how the mission develops. We also help our contact person to anchor, report, and structure the work.

As a rule, the company needs a dedicated communication/marketing manager, and there may be a manager or coordinator who is often overloaded or scattered. We work and report directly to the CEO or in a dual role - sales/marketing manager is a common one.
